NovelMed is a specialist Injury on Duty (IOD) claims administration company based in Pretoria. We support healthcare providers across South Africa with COID, RMA, and FEM claim submissions, tracking, and recovery.
We started NovelMed because we kept seeing the same problem in healthcare practices. Doctors were treating Injury on Duty patients but were not getting paid, or were waiting months for payment, because of small admin errors and slow follow-ups.
